Step 1 - Order Form
Please click on Order Form and complete the information and send by email or post.
Step 2 - Photographs
Send your photographs as Jpegs (high resolution please), or by post. I will then assess your photographs for suitability and email you an example of a mock composition/portrait. If you are sending photographs by post they will be returned to you with the completed portrait.
Step 3 - Payment
When I have received your order form and photographs, I will send you a mock portrait. If you are happy with the proposed composistion I then require a 10% non-refundable deposit before I start working; this is just to show you are as serious about the portrait as I am. Payment can be made securely through PayPal, I will simply send a payment form to your email address. Alternatively you can send me a cheque; I except cheques in PHP or GBP, please make cheques payable to Denise Wood.
Step 4 - Finished Portrait
On completion I will email you a Jpeg of your portrait. If you are completely satisfied the remaining amount can be paid. On receiving your payment I will then post your portrait to you, or it can be collected.
You will also be able to check the progress of your portrait as it goes through the various stages on the Work in Progress page.
